We’ve all been there. You have a big project to do but can’t seem to get started. Your mind often shuts off and your eyes drift to TV, Youtube or social media. 

Maybe you’re at work, on a date, or at a party, and you can’t remember the name of that person or place you brought up. Generally you feel aimless. Floating around. Unfocused. 

At the same time, you feel overstimulated, overworked and struggling to balance family and professional life.

What is going on here???

Maybe you’ve even listened to some mindfulness recordings on your phone or computer. But it never seems to stick. 

You can’t really figure out what these mindfulness gurus are talking about. Is this some kind of magic or a hoax? Maybe meditation isn’t for you? 

Trying some meditation techniques “here and there” hardly ever delivers results

I see it all the time. 

People get really excited and fired up about trying out meditation for the first time. They really want to change their lives using these techniques and lifestyle. 

But most people never experience the real power of a great meditation session. They never achieve those ground shifting, belief shattering meditation experiences that become a real game-changer and make them literally addicted to regulated practice. 

I’m talking about sessions can leave you leave you literally vibrating in ecstasy, with the hairs standing up on the back of your neck and surges of energy you never knew were possible. 

The best part is that these types of sessions are followed with a calm focused energy that stays with you for the rest of the day. I guarantee that it’s better than any man-made drug.

But, again, most people will never experience this. It’s not that people are lazy, distracted or too busy. I’ve found that most people simply just don’t have the right tools or guidance to make the practice work for them. 

IT took me years of trail and error before i found methods that really worked

In the past, I was liable to headaches, anxiety attacks, lashing out at people and had little patience. I wanted to have more confidence and get into public speaking. I knew meditation had the power to have profound impacts on self-confidence, focus, memory, emotional control and other brain effects. 

It took a long time to get to where I’m at now. But that was before we had these powerful neurofeedback meditation devices (more on that in a bit). 

I started my mindfulness meditation by literally staring at a wall with my eyes open, without much guidance. It wasn’t much, but it helped. This went on for about 2 years. About 1/20 sessions were actually productive. Every once and a while I would experience a shift in perception, a surge of energy, or a feeling profound presence and connectedness. It kept me hungry and kept me going. I was progressing through school and knew I was on to something. 

Later on a friend introduced me to a meditation program called Headspace that provided more meditation structure. I really learned a lot from that program and am thankful for how much it helped. Now I was making more progress and was having productive sessions about 1/10th of the time. But, little did I know, there was a whole new level waiting for me…


I started meditating regularly with the Muse Headband and did neurofeedback with other devices. 

I felt like the audio and video feedback taught me so much about my mind and the brain. 

Slowly I started to develop different ways to calibrate the device, use focus points, and expand and narrow attention during my meditation to reach whole new levels. 

It was like I was a cave diver discovering whole new caverns, deeper and deeper below the surface, deep in my subconscious. 

I was now finding productivity and progress in EVERY SINGLE SESSION.  

Used in the right way, this technology can really cut the learning curve drastically. I’ve seen hundreds of people use these devices to drastically improve their meditation in a fraction of the time. 


Since then I’ve had some of the most incredible meditation sessions of my life. 

My body will literally be vibrating with calm radiant energy. I feel connected to the ground, connected to nature, and peaceful.

Sometimes I even need to take a step back and reevaluate my beliefs about the world, as I continue to feel the presence of something infinite, profound and ancient. 

As a by-product:

  • It has almost complete vaporized my social anxiety and stress levels

  • I began to notice that I was quicker and more focused than most people around me

  • By being present to the situation and centered, I was able to speak my mind more confidently and clearly

  • My communication skills shot through the roof, which helped advance my career to whole new levels


Before I knew it, I was collaborating with leaders of the U.S. Department of Defense, Stanford University, and personally hand-picked by the president of my professional organization of over 35,000 professionals to be on an important innovation committee. But I realized the real impact would come from sharing this with other people. 

I decided the most impact I could have at this time was to teach neurofeedback guided meditation to people really serious about taking the next step in their mental development. 

I started beta-testing with friends and loved ones.  My own brother was a meditation newbie when I started with him. But after using the Muse Headband and going through my neurofeedback exercises, he was ecstatic about the progress and immediately got his girlfriend (now fiancé) to use it regularly as well. 

It was the first time he had felt a full physiological shift with meditation. The kind that leaves you with a feeling of ecstasy that keeps you coming back for more.  

Take my other client, Danielle. She runs a coaching and consulting business in corporate America. Danielle came to me with concerns that her stress levels were affecting her relationships with the ones she loved the most. 

She found herself irritable and snappy with her children. Her clients were emotional wrecks and she was having trouble putting them back together.
